Suggested booth-preparation timeline

1. 60 days before the show — 8 October 2026Choose your booth contractor, set space and budget, and start the design.
2. About 30 days beforeApprove the design and start fabrication; prepare the drawings and permits the organizer requires per the exhibitor manual.
3. Build-up daysPer the organizer's schedule before opening — handled by the contractor, with inspection and handover.
4. Opening — 7–9 December 2026On-site technical support throughout the show, then dismantling.
